Aggarp's Mill
Aggarp's Mill can be seen from all around the open farming landscape south of Svedala.
The old, well preserved Dutch windmill was built in 1896 and was in use until 1951. The mill fell into decay for a number of years until the Svedala Red Cross received the mill as a gift and started restoring it. It was inaugurated in 1971. You can park at the north end of the mill. The mill is normally closed to visitors, but there are guided tours on several summer weekends.
Getting to Ullbergskroken:
Continue south from Aggarp's mill and cross road 108. The road winds its way towards L Alstad. You can see a row of rare Field Maple at the farm on your left. This is the only place in Sweden where it grows wild, and the leaves are integrated into Svedala ' s coat-of-arms. Soon you'll have a view of the wide landscape to the south and on the left you can see the steep, tree-clad Ullbergskroken. Turn left at the crossroads towards Ugglarp – after 400 meters you can park your car and explore the slope.
