Lindholmen Castle was one of the most important castles in Skåne during the early part of the medieval period

Getting to Börringekloster:
Continue north from the Lindholmen castle ruin towards Börringekloster. After a while you pass the railway from Malmö to Ystad at the Norra Lindved farm. After 400 meters you reach the E65 at Fadderstorp. Close to the road, just before the crossroads you'll see two enormous oak-trees. The left one has a circumference of 670 cm and is one of the 20 thickest trees in Skåne. Turn right towards Skurup and drive 300 meters on the E65 then take the road signposted towards Anderslöv on the right. You will pass Börringekloster after a very short while.
